Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Jersey World and any person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.jerseyworld.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.
Article 2: Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.jerseyworld.fr, within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by Jersey World.
Article 3: Price
The prices listed on the site are in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs (if applicable), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Jersey World reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 4: Order
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service, must:
1. Fill out the identification form on which they will provide all the requested contact details or give their customer number if they have one;
2. Fill out the online order form by providing all the references for the chosen products or services;
3. Validate their order after checking it;
4. Make the payment under the agreed conditions;
5. Confirm their order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own purchase conditions or other conditions.
Article 5: Payment
The price is due upon order. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be processed through the secure Stripe or Apple Pay system, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during transport over the network.
Article 6: Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products leave Jersey World's premises. In case of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Article 7: Withdrawal and Return
In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, we only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Article 8: Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; their liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
All elements of the site www.jerseyworld.fr are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Jersey World. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.
Article 10: Personal Data
Jersey World undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer, which they may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning them is subject to the provisions of current laws regarding personal data protection.
Article 11: Dispute Resolution
These online terms of sale are subject to the laws of the UAE. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of [city], notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party appeals.
